Count Down

We are taking specific arrangements for our upcoming trip to Honduras. We will leave fly out of Chicago on Mar 25 and arrive in Tegucigalpa. The plan is to leave Teguc that day and drive to Talanga and stay 4 night with the Project Manuelito kids there. This is surely the highlight of our trip! We are anxious to get back there. On Sunday we will drive back to Teguc and stay the night at the WGM Guest House.

I have met a pediatric cardiac surgeon (from Mexico) who will be in Teguc performing surgeries during our stay. So on Monday we will all go to the hospital and meet up with him and hopefully some local cardiac specialists also. Alex will have time to speak with some of the kids having surgery and their families. On Monday we may also have a little time to shop.

Tuesday morning we get on an airplane and fly to San Pedro Sula, then La Ceiba, then Roatan. We will spend 4 nights on Roatan enjoying the wonderful beaches.

We are excited about all aspects of this trip and will keep you posted!
